Essential Qualification:

For post 1 candidates must have acquired Diploma in Civil Engineering.
For post 2 candidates must have passed Higher Secondary and Diploma in Sanitary Inspectorships.
For post 3 to 5 & 8 candidates must have passed Madhyamic or equivalent.
For post 6 & 10 candidates must have passed Class VIII.
For post 7 candidates must have passed Class IX.
For post 9 candidates must have passed Class IV from a recognised University.

Required Age:

For post 1 candidates age limit should be less then 24 years and maximum as per Govt rules as on 01/01/2016.
For post 2 candidates age limit should be less then 21 years and maximum as per Govt rules as on 01/01/2016.
For post 3 to 10 candidates age limit should be less then 18 years and maximum as per Govt rules as on 01/01/2016.
