Eastern Railway Recruitment 2022 For Sports Quota Posts: Eastern Railway has published notification for the recruitment of Sports Persons against Sports Quota of Head Quarters, Divisions (Asansol, Howrah, Malda & Sealdah) & Workshops (Jamalpur, Kanchrapara & Liluah). Required Educational Qualification: Persons should possess Minimum Degree from a recognized University/ equivalent for category-1 post , Minimum pass in Matriculation/ equivalent for category-2 post.
Required Sports Qualification: Persons should have represented the country in the Olympic Games/ World Cup (Junior/ Senior Category)/ secured at least 3rd position in World Cup (Junior/ Senior Category)/ World Championships (Junior/ Senior Category).
Age Limitation: Persons age should be between 18-25 years as on 1st January 2015.
Application Fee: Persons have to pay Rs. 100/- (No fee for SC/ ST/ Women/ Minorities/ Economically Backward Class Candidates) in the form of Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of FA & CAO/ Eastern Railway/ Kolkata/ Indian Postal Order (IPO) payable only at GPO/ Kolkata, drawn in favour of ‘FA & CAO, Eastern Railway, Kolkata’.
Selection Mode: Candidates selection will be done based on trial/ interview.
