District Health & Family Welfare Samiti & Chief Medical Officer of Health has displayed 50 seats for Block Accounts Manager, Data Processing Assistant, ICTC Counselor, ICTC Lab Technician, STI Counselor, Blood Bank Counselor & Block ASHA Facilitator posts.Candidates can submit their Application Form with the details mentioned below-

Total Seat – 50 Posts
(a) Block Accounts Manager (BAM) – 01 Post
(b) Data Processing Assistant (DPA) – 01 Post
(c) ICTC Counselor – 05 Posts
(d) ICTC Lab Technician – 03 Posts
(e) STI Counsellor – 01 Post
(f) Blood Bank Counselor – 03 Posts
(g) Block ASHA Facilitator – 36 Posts

Required Age (As on 01-07-2014):
For post (a), (c), (d), (e), (f) Candidates maximum age should not be more than 40 years.
For post (b) Candidates minimum age should not be less 20 years & maximum age should not be more than 40 years.
For post (g) Candidates maximum age should not be more than 40 years.

Essential Qualification:
For post (a) Bachelor Degree in Commerce with advance knowledge of Computer in Tally & 5 years Experience in Accounts.
For post (b) Graduate Degree with 1 year Experience in Data Collection, Compilation & Entry.
For post (c) PG Degree/Diploma in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology etc with 1 year Experience in field of Counselling in Health Sector preferably in HIV/ AIDS.
For post (d) B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology with 1 year Experience or DMLT with 2 years Experience.
For post (e) Master Degree/ Diploma in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology etc with 1 year Experience in Health Sector in Counselling.
For post (f) PG in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology with 2 years Experience & knowledge of MS Office.
For post (g) Master Degree in Social Science/ Sociology/ Social Anthroprology/ MBA/ Economics/ Mass Communication etc with 2 years Health Project Experience & knowledge in MS Office.

Cost of Application:
Candidates have to pay Application Fee which is Rs.100/- (Rs.50/- for Reserved Categories) as DD in favour of Member Secretary, District Health & Family Welfare Samiti Hooghly payable at Chinsurah.
