Block Epidemiologist:

M.Sc. in Life Science / Epidemilogy or BAMS/ BHMS/BUMS with MPH.

Block Public Health Manager:

B.Sc. in Life Science with Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management

Desirable Criteria: M.Sc. in Life Science.
Experience in Public Health.

Laboratory Technician:

Passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics / Bilogical Science. Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (DLT) from School of Tropical Medicine.

Desirable Criteria: 2 years post qualification experience in any Laboratory.

Block Data Manager:

Graduate and have completed at least I year Diploma course in Computer Application . Minimum 3 years experience in Government Sector or 5 years experience in Private Sector in data recording and date analysis.

Medical Officer:

MBBS degree with one year compulsory Internship. Must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council.

Staff Nurse:

GNM. should be able to read, write & speak in Bengali.

CHA (U):

ANM course and be registered with the West Bengal nursing Council. Proficient in Bengali and permanent resident of the District Dakshin Dinajpur OR Must have passed GNM course.

Counselor:

Bachelors Degree in Social Work / Sociology / Psychology.

Specialist:

MBBS degree.
Post- Graduate degree / DNB in Medicine. Must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council.

Dental Technician:

Diploma in Dental Technology. At least 1 year of working experience in the same capacity.

Ophthalmic Assistant – RBSK:

Diploma in Optometry approved by Govt. of WB/
AICTE or Diploma in Paramedical Opthalmic
Assistant course. At least 3 years of experience in related field.

Senior Treatment Supervisor:

Graduate in science subject. Well Conversant with various computer programme including MS
Word, Excel. Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheeler.

Multi Rehabilitation Worker:

Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy with at least
2 years of working experience in a hospital.

Physiotherapy:

Medical Technologist (Lab) Higher Secondary passed (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or BMLT or B.Sc in MLT. Minimum 3 (three) month certificate in knowledge in
computer, MS Office, Internet is required
